Disappointed it didn't come with a tool to take the other trays out and that you cant manually put it above 400f. Most things I cook are designated to be cooked at 425.

I like it. My first one just stopped working after a year and a half. Disappointing.
I bought a new one. Hopefully this one will last longer.
There are some cooking problems if you use 2 or 3 racks of food. Certain racks don’t good as well. I am still learning how to cook with it.
I wish it came with more of a basket shaped tray than just the flat.
