PLUGS IN, TURNS ON/OFF. HAS TOUCH BUTTONS THAT R EASY TO SEE/USE. STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT BASKET CONFIGURATION IF USING MULTIPLE FOODS FOR BEST COOKING.

I got this brand new in the box from a discount store. Took out of the box brand new. It gets warm, but does not “air fry.” Cheese sticks were only warm after 45 mins of “air fry.” This was after setting it correctly to advised temp and time on the first go. Not sure I would by this product again. Maybe it was just a bad batch of fryers?!
