I think it's product should last longer than a year

I really like the chefman air fryer. I have had 2 of the 10 quart size that takes the. Rotisserie, basket they all should take a rotisserie basket. I ended up getting the 12 quart.They had the rotisserie spit, but not the rotisserie basket. You cannot do a longer cook or put a second batch in after the first one is done. If it was the longer, and at the higher 400°, the plastic melts the door and it leaks grease without from around the doors. And the hinges that attached the door come loose after a couple of months, you can't tighten them down. So you have to glue em down quality of these items really should be better than this. I'm going to give this newer model a try.If this one has the short lifespan like the others have had, then I will be moving on and finding something that is of better quality.

Love the product, not the warranty

This is my second purchase as I love the product but I am unsure of the warranty. As the first one I purchased broke in under a year and I requested assistance from the warranty dept and still have not heard back.
