I like it but I can’t get the door off to clean it’s, thinks is my second one and I specifically asked if they could takes the door on a off, now I cc c n get I t off at all

It will not display a start button, and it turns out a plastic piece is broken on the inside of the door.

It is nice but wired mesh is hassle to clean and doesn't have accessories available online for separate purchase.
If you use all 3 trays it doesn't cook properly because of crowding so technically only 2 trays are practical to use

I have only used it a couple of times but I love it so far. I have only used the air fryer option but my favorite thing about it is the Hi-fry button.
