Cannot remove door to clean it.

When our grandkids broke the old Chefman toast/bake/dehydrater we had to get a new one. We like it so much, we got a bigger one!

I can't take the door off

It says you can take the door off for cleaning, but that is not the case. So many people cannot take it off.

Our new airfryer's fan rattles!

We have only had our new air fryer since August 16th and every time we use it the fan rattles loudly until the unit heats up then it is quiet. Is this normal? Our last air fryer did not do this! Otherwise it cooks just fine.
