The Chefman product is amazing. We love it, it is so convenient. We just don’t know why it stopped working. But Chefman support sent us a brand new one to replace it! Overall a great experience

It has a strong fan and fast heat. It cleans up easily. The buttons are sometimes slow to respond and the labels on the buttons are rubbing off in the first few weeks of use. The display is difficult to read under the under counter lighting, it drowns out the brightness of the display.
It cooks evenly and we use it 3-4 times a week. So far it was a great purchase. Love the white color.
