I just received this air fryer as a promotional gift from Pechanga casino in California. I've always wanted to get an air fryer so now I have one. Can't wait to see what we can do with this guy

I struggled for a while, trying to decide if I really needed an air fryer, but after cooking in my kitchen in 35° heat (in California) and the whole house heating up because the ovens were on, I had to try something different. This air fryer is amazing. I can cook quick meals in it without the kitchen heating up. It takes a bit of an adjustment, you have to cook a meal in stages because you can only cook really one thing at a time. I cook my meat first, take it out, then while it’s resting (under some foil), I cook the veg. Once you figure out how to work with the air fryer, it’s just a lot more economical if you live in a hot climate.
