Easy to operate. Examples of shades is very helpful. Crumb tray is easy to access and use.

I've tried so many toasters ans by far this one is the best. I love being able to pick the darkness of the bread and it tells me how long it takes to toast, which I love..

Absolutely love the new toaster I got from my parents after my old one croaked after 15yrs. The digital screen is so cool and my kids thought it looked new age for a toaster.
