Worked great for the first year

We had this fryer for almost a year to the day when it stopped working properly. I immediately contacted Chefman support and they sent a new one right away. The fryer overall has been pretty good. If I had one critique it would be with the inserts that go inside the baskets. When you are removing the items from the basket, the insert tends to come falling out and making a mess. If they fit a little more snug in the basket that would help with that issue.
