Scratches on top of the case.

There was a scratch on the top of the case even though it's brand new. Since it's something that will happen over time anyway, I'll just pass it over. However, a simple protective film on the top during packaging could have prevented this.
I haven't tried it yet, but it has great reviews, so I'm looking forward to using it. As a side note, I closely checked the needles all over, and the finish on them is excellent.

Haven't used yet, but unboxing was nice, pleased with quality. App and setup was easy. Will check back after first cook. I plan to use primarily for smoking meat.

At first I thought the box was going to be somewhat of a challenge, but after watching 14 YouTube tutorials, I finally built up the confidence to attempt the unboxing. I was successful on the first try!!
