Great, But Probe 2 Not Connecting

I love this set. However, on power up, set up and messing with it, Probe 2 is not charging or connecting. Not sure if it's the Hub or the Probe (I tried the Probe in other charging ports, but it didn't do anything).
I'll be getting ahold of Tech Support.

Exceeds expectations

As an owner of an original (single) iQ Chef probe I expected some improvement with this vers. 3 iO Sense, however, I found myself amazed. The improvements in design, heat resistance, connectivity are outstanding. Not only is the hardware top in its class, but the support software of CHEF iQ continues to amaze this experienced chef.

Excelente mientras funciona , se dañan muy rapido las baterias de los termómetros y no hay como reemplazarlos , pero apartando ese detalle son una maravilla y se manejan por wifi y bluetooh
