A must for smoking meats

I’ve wanted a set of these for a long time. Yes, they are an expensive product but have always been told they are completely worth it. My wife purchased me the set of 3 since I smoke something at least once a week. I have to say these changed my already good smoking game to GREAT! Love this product and strongly recommend to your serious cooks!
