The model number doesn’t even match the description

Not starting off very well, considering the location for the model number doesn’t match what is in the registration and the base for the case is cheaply glued

Difficult to set up

Web site would not let me disappear the qwerty keyboard after entering info. I had to switch to voice activation to “disappear” the keyboard to proceed to the next stop. Probe registration was also difficult. Although there were 3 probes in the case, each one had to be removed to be added to the unit. I discovered this by accident
