This probe set was a perfect Christmas present! I used the probes to cook our Christmas dinner prime rib to absolute perfection. Cooking an expensive meat can be a little stressful but being able to check the temperature whenever I wanted made it stress free. The app is really user friendly and seems very accurate. At one point I used an anolog thermometer to see how accurate the iO Sense probe was and both temps read the same. I highly recommend using the iO Sense probe!
