Christmas gift

I received the gen 3 single probe thermometer as an early Christmas present so I could use it on the Xmas eve beef rib roast. So far I really like it, haven't been able to explore all the features but the app is great and helpful, very accurate. Can't wait to try on different meats and different cooking methods. Has much better range and ease of use than the Meater probe I have. Hopefully I really like it and can expand by getting more probes and products to go with it

Just got it for Christmas! Gonna take a pork shoulder out to thaw. I figure 5-6 days, I’ll be using this probe.
