I am in love with the IQ Sense thermometer. Being a professionally trained chef. This has become my most valuable tool in the kitchen. This thermometer eliminates the guesswork from making the perfect food items. The final temperature is perfect, making for the perfect presentation.

Works great after you get used to it

I am not technically astute; this is definitely a product that will help me with my steak cooking! However, I did need help from a younger generation person to help me set it up; once completed, our steaks were on the undercooked side; but I got the hang of it on the second try....so do NOT plan to use for the first time on your big dinner party.....test one time before....but very helpful if you are not a big steak cooker like me....I will definitely start buying more cuts of steak to test it out....
