This thermometer is a game changer! Completely wireless, super easy to clean, and the battery lasts forever (even through 18+ hour brisket smokes). It works for so many cooking methods—smoking, oven, air fryer, even deep frying. I love that it uses ambient temperature to predict cook times, which makes everything more accurate.
