Keeps my meals yummy!

Baked Macaroni and cheese is not among the list of things to cook but maybe you'd like to put it there. It occurred to me that I always have difficulty baking my macaroni and cheese to the perfect temperature. I discovered cheese melts at 150°. So,I used the probe and WOW! Now I suppose I can make my baked macaroni and cheese with heavily buttered cracker crust perfect every time.

I’ve owned a few wireless meat thermometers and this one is the best I’ve used so far. The ambient temperature is a bit inaccurate but no more than any other one I’ve used

I want to set the temp myself and not based on what the app thinks “rare” prime rib is. I don’t need it to talk to me or beep incessantly. I prefer a “dumb” device.
