I thought there would be a User Manual and a recipe booklet included with the product. For 1st time users, this would have been helpful.

Doesn’t heat up at all

The heating element must be broken. I got this as a Christmas gift and just tried it for the first time. Set the temp to 360°, 15 minutes, shook at half time as it instructed me to do, and the food was still frozen all the way through and there was no heat inside the air fryer at all. Heating element was even still cold to the touch after the 15 minutes was up.
