Door is difficult to open/close

Works as expected, haven't yet tried the turbo function. Like that inner rack doesn't fall out when you tip drawer to allow food to slide out onto plate. Has a quiet enough alarm that it doesn't alert the whole house. Drawer opens /closes only when placing one hand on door and bracing other hand against front of unit to prevent pulling whole unit off countertop.
