Door is difficult to open/close

Works as expected, haven't yet tried the turbo function. Like that inner rack doesn't fall out when you tip drawer to allow food to slide out onto plate. Has a quiet enough alarm that it doesn't alert the whole house. Drawer opens /closes only when placing one hand on door and bracing other hand against front of unit to prevent pulling whole unit off countertop.

Highly impressed thus far. Used it about six times. Quiet, easy to use. Basket sticks a bit when trying to insert it.
