It took a long time to get a call back

It was fairly easy to use if I followed the detailed instructions. The only problem I had was it told me at one time to turn the pork chops over. I didn't know any way to open it except to pull out the drawer. When I did that the timer went back to the original time... It would be better if you included that information in the booklet

Decent, but needs improvement

I hate how much it beeps. It also doesn't say how to silence beeps in manual. I found it online and silenced the beeps, but when I unplugged it, it forgets. I recommend less beeps and memory function for when it is unplugged.
