It took a long time to get a call back

It was fairly easy to use if I followed the detailed instructions. The only problem I had was it told me at one time to turn the pork chops over. I didn't know any way to open it except to pull out the drawer. When I did that the timer went back to the original time... It would be better if you included that information in the booklet
