So far it fine. Definitely an upgrade from the last Chefman I had. It's not exactly what I thought it would be, but it's nice. I don't like that the highest temp is 400, but during the last 2 minutes, you can then and only then use the 450 button for added crispness.

Registration a problem. Chicken not as crispy as advertised.

RJ38-6T-GREY-DS was not given as a choice for model number. Had to use RJ38-6TW-GREY-DS that was not on the label for the product. Shortcoming in registration for warranty.
