It works good, has plenty of power. But it looks like there is a screw missing from the bottom of the 48oz blending jar.

Extremely easy to use. No instructions necessary. Very intuitive. Solid materials and base. Sleek, clean, and modern look. Reasonably quiet compared to other blenders I've owned. It was smooth and calm and not loud at all. Used the ice blend mode and let it do it's thing. It blended evenly; no big chunks of ice. So far so good!
