Room to Grow but Pleased Overall

More powerful than average blender but still has hard time blending some produce straight out the freezer.
The mechanism that spins the blade broke after a couple months of use. I was sent a new one since it was still under warranty. A bit upset I was left to deal with the remnants from the broken model. I was hoping to send it back since the accessories were practically brand new and I have no use for a double set of accessories or pitcher.

I used it to make a smoothie for the first use and it did a good job. I was particularly happy that it was much quieter than I had expected which is helpful for children with sensory issues.

I’ve only just unboxed and set it up. That was super easy. Looking forward to it blending an awesomely creamy smoothie for breakfast at 11am. It will be a useful tool at work to help me reach my fitness goals.
