I have only had my CRISPINATOR for a week now, but I will tell you this is one quiet machine, and I have cooked Burgers, Pork Tenderloins, Fries, and a vegetable medley in it and everything has come out perfect. I like this Air Fryer very much, and would recommend this appliance to anyone.

Controls aren't exactly intuitive, but we will probably get the hang of it eventually. It has been interesting to use, but the only drawback thus far is the plastic smell when in use. Not sure where it's coming from, but it has not dissipated yet.
It has done a nice job cooking, and clean up is easy with the ceramic coating.

Easy to use controls. We like the 8 quart basket for the 2 of us as it gives us the ability to cook 2 different foods together or more chicken when we have company.

Is really easy to use though you do get a little confused when you try to like work it out the first time other than that it’s really good to use. I am loving it.
