Operating instructions sounded convoluted and difficult to operate. After using it a couple times it seems pretty easy to use.

It’s saved my life with school lunches. So far so good with frozen items and chicken drumsticks. Not so good with raw potatoes

Good size, easy to use for family of four. Unsure if the non-stick is really non-toxic ceramic, it will put customers at ease if it was clearly stated.
