I've only used it once but so far, I am enjoying it. Left the chicken crunchy but not dry. I like to see the timer and the noise level is so low.

Seriously...I use it at least once a day...steaks are great...poached eggs...reheating...and it is so very easy to clean! Its straight and to the point and heats up to 450 degrees. There is zero smoke....Its quiet. Its also easy to operate...short learning curve!! 5 Stars all the way!

I've only used it a few times since it arrived a few days ago, but so far I am quite pleased. Left over french fries from a restaurant tasted almost as good as they did at the restaurant. So much better than when reheated in a microwave or even a conventional gas oven.
Very easy to use and clean. Love the glass window so I can keep an eye on it. I also prepared a thin crust pizza and it worked quite well. I have yet to try a deep dish frozen pizza.
