Doesn't work well

This was sent as a replacement for a different model I purchased. Don't have to empty the tiny bin much because the debris gets clogged in front of it. It Mostly turns circles and wonders around till the battery dies. Has never once returned to its base. It is quiet. I originally purchased the rv722 because it had a large bin and no little nobs on top. Well... this rv720 has 3 nobs on top and does absolutely nothing for pet hair. It doesn't clean next to the base board, or anything for that matter. The sensors keep it from getting close to anything.. Wasted my money buying a shark. Learned to stick with the irobot. May cost a little more, but at least the irobot actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Average cleaning. Programming could be much better

This provides average cleaning for what it cost but frequently gets stuck on areas that should be easy for it to figure out. I know about the strips you’re supposed to place everywhere but the amount you have to use clutters up your floor and look silly on a solid hardwood floor.
We have three pedestal fans and the vacuum will get stuck every time on them. Instead of realizing it can’t go forward over the pedestal, it keeps on trying to go forward until it dies. We have to constantly babysit it.
It is designed well except for the programming. It’s heavy duty. Wish it had the option for a firmware upgrade or custom programming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works amazing! I have 3 dogs and it picks everything up. It works well on carpet, tile, vinyl, and wood. Im very satisfied with how well it worksm

Great when it works, had to send the original one back bc didn’t work and now have a bum wheel. I enjoyed being able to turn on and walk away and have it do light cleaning of dog hair and dust

I use this product to do a passive clean of the floors when I don’t feel like sweeping. I was gifted this item so it works for now. I plan on upgrading to the one with wi-if as you can program it to clean certain areas of the house and have it mapped out. Ours tends to go rogue into random areas and I have to make sure certain rooms are closed so it doesn’t end up getting stuck for too long.

I LOVE THIS THING SO MUCH. I literally could not live without it. Anytime we have someone coming over, I just push its clean button and go on my merry way with the rest of cleaning. Just make sure it doesn't suck up cords or pet mess and you'll be good to go!

Meh. Don’t love this. Honestly, it takes forever to find its docking station and often dies in random rooms as a result. It was great in the beginning for picking up debris between cleanings but it died less than a year after owning it. We bought new parts to fix it and it still doesn’t work. It’s also super loud so you can’t run it while you’re working from home or late at night.
