Terrible Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an extra hand mixer by mistake, and I thought it would be easy enough to return the extra, but boy was I wrong! I kept getting an error message saying that I needed to contact customer service. I've tried their chat, I've tried emailing them, I've tried calling multiple times, but I've never been able to get a response from anyone! The hand mixer probably works fine, but it's not worth it to me to have to deal with the lack of customer service from KitchenAid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
