The inside is soft and cushioning, the pocket is big, and you can fit a small mouse, charger, adaptors, pen etc. with no problem. My only negative comment is that it feels a bit too big for a 14" computer, the computer is a bit loose inside once the zipper is closed. That being said, that offers a bit of extra room to add a book, or some other stuff you want to carry in. I like the nice strong handle to easily carry it around too. Happy over all!
