There is some room for it to move around, but this doesn't bother me. I just needed something to protect the laptop from scratches while in my backpack, and this solves that problem perfectly.

Really like the handle placement on the short side of the laptop for vertical carrying or placement inside backpack. Tight zippers keep out dust and lint, and I keep my laptop in it zipped up to where the charging cable is to keep it pristine in the off hours of use.
