Good sound, some compatibility issues

I've owned an SK1 for 9 months. I watch streaming content exclusively. Most work well, but I have to switch from sound bar to TV speakers for one service (DW) because the soundbar suffers from short frequent audio gaps from that service that the TV speakers play without issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 2 months ago and disappointed with the purchase. Voice and lip is out of sync, plus the remote controller needs to be very close to sound bar to function, anything more than a few feet renders it inoperable, even with fresh batteries. Instructions somewhat vague for setting up the remote, not user friendly (poor translation to English).
