Great compact 2.0 soundbar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as a gift for my mother who wanted better sound from her TV. Before giving it I decided to test it out via Bluetooth to assess the sound quality. This soundbar sounds great. Very loud clear tones with good differential between the highs and lows. It also puts out a good amount of bass for not having a separate sub-woofer. If you want thumping bass you should probably get a soundbar with a sub-woofer, but for someone who just wants louder better sound out of their TV without taking up a lot of space this LG 2.0 soundbar is a real winner. Syncing via Bluetooth to my Windows 10 PC was simple and easy

There is little information as to how to hook up in the box. Called LG for assistance and they transfreed me to Samsun the maker of my TV. I would not recommend this to anyone. The last sound bar I had was no problem to hook up and get working. Last advice LG gave me was to return the sound bar to store from which purchased. Poor customer service on all levels from LG.

I purchased this sound bar on January 14th and hooked it up to my TV on the 16th. It worked for three weeks and then the sound turned distorted, like people were talking underwater. Not worth two cents in my opinion. Not the quality I expected from an LG product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound bar is nice but it doesn’t seem to be the sound I expected. Can’t use the remote to increase or decrease sound

Simple to install

Sounded great, simple to install... After one hour it began to crackle and now it doesn't put out any sound at all. I'm so disappointed and we'll be returning this product for a refund.
