Bought this as my Mother's Day gift and I have out done myself, haha. The ice is a perfect size and it is always ready. Love the simplicity of the indicators telling you to add water. It has improved 2021.

Way too slow

It takes way too long to make ice. It seriously takes hours to fill a glass. Video makes you believe that you're going to get a bucket of ice in 6 to 8 minutes. No you get five small cubes every eight minutes it takes forever. I thought it would be great for entertaining but you'd have to start running it the day before your party it's too big of an appliance for such a little output of ice. I really regret buying it
