Holds my laptop and daily items (water bottle, wallet, lunch, extra sweater, etc.) and looks nice for when I need something that looks a bit more formal/professional. For an inexpensive backpack, this is a really good one.

Carries my 14” Lenovo laptop in padded area with Velcro stop, leaving room for a book, accessories case in main storage area in from of the laptop. Two smaller pockets in this main storage area make room for laptop charger in one and pens in another. Note there isn’t a dedicated pen loop inside. The front outer zippered pocket has worked for me for lunches with a cold pack but it isn’t insulated. The bag itself is very light and serves its purpose. I don’t commute using public transit - the bag sits in the back seat of my car. So I can’t comment on how it feels on my shoulders for extended periods of time.
