[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this backpack about a month ago. I used it for the first time travelling from US to Europe. I had too much weight to fit in my luggage, so I ended up putting all my heavy items in this backpack. It was weighing almost 9 kg (~20 pounds)! I planned to carry it more than to use the shoulder strips but this was not possible all the time. I was very afraid the backpack would not resist this amount of weight, but was pleasantly surprised: it resisted with no visible signs of wear. (I wouldn't repeat the experiment though. I don't think it is made for carrying heavy loads.)
I also like the simple design and that you can fit quite a lot of things without it looking bulky.
