[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice item for travel and business. It is like a canvas with an inner liner. Very professional looking. I took a star off to 4/5 stars because some of the seams are fraying after extensive business travel in November-December. That is like 5 business trips and it has loose threads so durability is questionable.
Also a small note is that it is kind of noisy. At least noisier than my last backpack. But I like it otherwise very efficient and the inner pockets are awesome.
