Looks nice but not durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoulder straps are falling apart after only 3 months of use. It looks nice, pockets could be a bit better but there were enough of them. But unless you want to buy another one in 6 months I wouldn't bother.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this backpack. The straps are padded and feel very comfortable on shoulders. In the outside pockets, there are actually 2 dividers which is helpful for me to organize things I put in the backpack. There are a lot of space inside the main compartment. The padding on the back is thick. The color is cool and the style is sleek. I think it says it is waterproof in the website which is another great thing about this backpack. The price is right too.
