[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used x2… still learning…(last machine 29 years) so this one has a lot to live up to. Very heavy.. miss the scrap down of inside of bowl while beating… also no splatter guard for my machine.
Will revie again once I have made a few of my regular recipes. No HARD NEGATIVES YET

Get the mini!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the mini in black. It’s quiet and a great powerful machine. Handles pizza dough and bread no problem with no hopping or movement from the top at the tilt point. Yes, the capacity is less, but it’s seriously impressive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer so thought the mini stand mixer would suit my current situation. I have the complete set of Kitchenaid cordless appliances and am very happy with those. I have used the mixer twice and am unsatisfied with results. I chose to cook a sponge using a Kitchenaid recipe and couldn’t get the sugar and butter to cream properly, mixing on speed 4 was not effective so I increased to 6 then 8 but still not satisfied with the result. I continued with other ingredients and when I transferred the mix to baking tin found a residue of unmixed ingredients at the bottom of the bowl.
For my second attempt I used the flex beater but still needed to wipe the bowl many times to ensure all ingredients were mixed but then there was still an unmixed residue in the bottom of the bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my nee stand mixer, it's a champ in the kitchen. It's much quieter than my old mixer. Love the colour (red). So easy to use. It is a bit heavy but I'll get used to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the mini two months ago and it’s super easy to use, set up and store. My wife loves to bake and finds it powerful, easy to use, and looks great in the kitchen!
A good addition to the kitchen for family time and is worth the purchase as it seems very durable and powerful! Arrived fast without problems. Looking forward to using this many more times!
