The King Tank is convenient

The King Tank is convenient and the water level indicator is very helpful. The water tastes very clean. I am disappointed that the charcoal filter tubing that attaches to the fluoride filter broke off as I tried to screw them together, so the tank has only 3 of the 4 filters working. I would appreciate another filter sent to me so I could use both fluoride filters.

I soaked and filtered through

I soaked and filtered through many gallons of water to try to get this to work and taste better but the water tasted better out of the tap then it did after going through this device. I had high hopes but the white powder left behind and the flavor would not go away so I am trying to return item and having limited luck with that now.
