Love this cookware. Works flawlessly with our new induction cooktop, including on elements smaller than the cookware. This is due to great heat conduction properties across the bottom and up the sides because of the Tri-Ply structure. Handles stay cool to the touch regardless of how hot the cookware gets during use.
We also hate to put the cookware into the cupboard as it it absolutely stunning to look at, both finish and design. Wish we had a way to hang it for display, but sadly, we don't.
The 7-Piece set gave us the core part of the set, then we added a few additional pieces to augment based upon our needs. Good compromise between buying all individual pieces or a larger set that may have pieces we wouldn't normally use.

They work great on the range. They heat evenly and fast.
The quality of these pans is evident from the materials used and the design.
We couldn't get every pan that we wanted so we purchased a few pieces from other manufacturers but the Cuisinart set is far and away the best

Very good and functional cookware at a more affordable price. The only change I would request is for the handle to be welded to the outside vs. internally fixated. It requires extra cleaning.

I didn't give it 5 stars because of the lids. These lids get hotter when I cook and I cannot touch it besides I cannot see how my cooking goes so I have to open it.

I've never owned stainless steel cookware before, but this seems nice. Well constructed and feels like it should last a life time. Slight discoloration after washing. Not sure if that is normal.
