Buyer Be Ware!

False advertisement, this phone does not have PERFORMANCE, nor practical USABILITY for its stylus, and much less can be said about its OS. It is pretty difficult to do change settings, it is filled with bloatware. Also, the phone will automatically download, install and enable apps that you did not want or need, SPYWARE?) BEWARE!
You are much better off saving for an Iphone, (my next phone), there, you have been warned.

Notifications and alerts quit working with installed software . I have tried everything to fix. I am note impressed at all with the new software. This phone is only about 4 or 5 mos old. I didn't have any problems with my old moto - should have stuck with i.

All wrong suddenly

I have 1 and after setup and the apps I wanted it was perfect. I opened it few min later and it had the pull down apps on/off
There were white apps over 2 3rd
Page and on pull up all apps there. All my pages gone just 3 of apps. Top the info, charged used% chg %,2 internet, 2 wi fi
2 lines white 1/2 offset 2 lines offset. There more, like someone
To give info on that. Please not good !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheap made phone ,,

Not what it was supposed to be can't access my saved phone contact easily, and it is not a military grade as it was advertised more or less it's a kids phone my older phone was 10 times better than this 2025
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Want My Samsung Back

The display is terrible I have it turned up half way on brightness and it's no where near what my old Samsung A14 was at literally 1/8, the screen is almost blurry not crisp and touch response is laggy and my phone is brand new. Screen barely works with my touchscreen gloves my old Samsung had zero issues using gloves. Also for the life of me I cannot get Google Assistant to respond to Hey Google and I am not tech challenged. This phone is frustrating to use I already want something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had the 2023,2024,and 2025. I must. Say the first problem with all 3 is the low battery warning that you only get at 10%. I forget or something and bye bye off the phone goes. There should be a warning about 2 minutes before it shuts off to leave time to plug it in.
Next issue is consistency of the phone staying the way I have it all 3 demonstrate changes to things without warning., meaning apps moving around or being added from I would assume updates. The 2023 the screen seemed to be the most durable compared to the screen the 24,25 has I've dropped it hundred s of times and the only reason I actually ended up having a problem is because I stepped on it and it cracked inone place but from that point on was compromised . Considering the damage it did sustain I was shocked when I went somewhere one day .the phone was absolutely fine when I left 10 minutes later I grabbed it to use it and nothing it was gone .I smacked it a couple of times and the rainbow screen appeared. The 24 seems to have stronger programming. It's speed and reliability was much better out of the 3. This 25 I have right now I don't know it was incredibly difficult to program my old data the phones don't like to sync with any of the typical apps I had to program it 3 time to get all my data with the proper progression of apps . So pay close attention to the prompts the first time the phone is powered up it is the 3rd thing that comes up. Transfer data .this is the only place and way to do it. That's all I have to say for now.
