ZOOM CAMERA AND BIRGHTNESS ON PHONE BIG ISSUES

I had the exact same model for 2023 and I can tell you this is not as good. I don't know why it can't be better since it is two years later. This is a new 2025 model g stylus. My biggest issue is that I use the brightness a lot because I am outside a lot. It is awful. When I turn the brightness all of the way up, I can barely see the phone screen out in the sun. I need to be seeing this screen for several hours at a time outdoors in the sun and this is a real issue. I never had a problem seeing anything outdoors by turning the brightness up with the old phone 2023 model. I now use more battery as opposed to the old phone. The reason why is this one I have to keep at a brighter percentage mode all of the time even indoors to see everything without it being too dim. The other big issue is the zoom on the camera. It is not much of a zoom at all and I am shocked. Also, when trying to start the zoom it doesn't want to go into zoom mode. I start it and I am zooming it always in the middle of me zooming it goes back to default regular mode and sometimes I have to try to zoom it in as much as 3 or 4 times before I can get it to go into zoom mode at all to capture the picture. Sometimes I miss a specific shot I am trying to get because of the hinder. It is a joke!

Great phone for the price! Vivid OLED screen.

I purchased this 4 days ago to replace my aging Moto G-Stylus 5G 2023. Its screen is not as nice as the LED screen on the 2023 model, but its colors are slightly more vivid. You have to make it much brighter to match the nits of the 2023, which uses more battery. The Camera is better. The interface has some bugs where the superimposed buttons don't work sometimes because of poor screen formatting (the old phone was fine). It's faster, but not by much. I would have expected a better upgrade in 2 years than this, but the price is right. I do not like the fingerprint reader on the screen. The power button version was MUCH more useful and unique. The only real upgrade is the OLED screen and camera and wireless charging. I like that you can use micro sim cards AND/OR esim! Google tap to pay and a REAL headphone jack. No longer comes with a charger or headphones though but does come with a 10G USBC to USBC cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Motorola stylus G5 2025

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago being a. Apple user I was sceptical to change,but in need of a new phone my daughter who loves her 2022 Motorola stylus asured me I'd love it! The quality of this phone with its amazing features and speed is great! It's got so much more than I ever expected!

Great value in a 2025 phone

This phone is a great value with all the features you need, and then some. Even without the stylus, it's a great phone. Still even has a headphone jack. Screen looks great and performance is very satisfactory for normal use.

Yep great 20 on the phones I've had hot and awesome list it's unbelievable ,dropped in the tub with water 30 min till I found it dry and good no problem off a 2 story house on to drive way no case no screen protector next day good no break,all an accident ,and 3 days I had it ,ran over it good no break on the 4th day man this ain't how I own a phone this is very unusual but still ain't broke nothing wrong with it

I bought myself the 2025 Moto G Stylus for X-mas and I think it was worth every penny. It's plenty fast, is expandable, and a great value for its price range. The display is very bright and clear, and while it's not a deal breaker for me, the camera seems to take decent pictures. If I were too "nik-pik" anything it would be the overall size. It's just a little bit small for my hands. Really nothing at all. I would caution anyone who buys the Stylus to definitely buy a case for it as it is plenty slippery.

256gb version not firstnet compatible

Not firstnet compatible! someone explain why the 128gb version is approved but the 256gb version isn't. Nowhere does that information appear. great phone but useless if I can't get it on Firstnet.
