I have three homes in which I had your smaller sensor pump. But JUST after warrantIes were over, all three failed. These all happened independently of one another over a period of about a year. The point is that they all failed and I was extremely disappointed that I’d spent all that money. I’ve used other brands since, all which I liked, but decided to give Simplehuman another chance because the description of this says they have done something to the tubing/clogging. So, jury is still out…

I couldn’t be happier with this product. It is substantial, very well made, and performs exceptionally well. The pump’s sleek design and finish, go perfectly with my existing faucet. I am happy to be able to rate this a “5”!
