Did Not Work

This was purchased to replace the one I had for about a year as it stopped dispensing dish soap. So I ordered another one and it did not work either. I would not dispense the dish soap, and I did all the procedures to get it to work to no avail. I contacted Simple Human and told them my issues, and they gave me several things to try which did not work either. So, they told me package it up and send back and they would send me a new one. They were great to work with me in replacing it.

Too much soap dispenses even at the lowest level. Very messy. Not what I expected, especially after using my friends pump, he has a much better soap dispenser. Definitely not worth the cost.

Trim size and fits in the small space next to the facet. Dispenses two amounts of soap. I love this wish I had found sooner. Thank you Simple Human for another great product.

Once again I am not surprised that this soap dispenser works so well, as everything I own from Simplehuman works well and is made from top quality materials. Now I’d like to buy two automatic foaming dispensers for the bathrooms.

Love this for the kitchen. Only disappointing thing is that the charger cable does not work with my 9 oz pump. I need a replacement charger for that one, and can't seem to find one.

Soap dispenser with sponge caddy

Love the soap dispenser part. But the sponge caddy should have a drain hole so that it can drain any left over water from the sponge. Or at least the sponge can breathe and not get all moldy.
