Love my new sensor pump. Much better than the old technology which was way too sensitive. The old one dispensed soap if you looked at it too hard or after you walk away. This one is not so sensitive. It works when it’s supposed to. I also like its new design. Much better than the last.

I was upgrading from the smaller size in order to get the caddy. I’ll use my smaller size for hand soap. At first I thought it didn’t work despite it being charged, but then noticed the on/off button - don’t overlook that! This is another great product by Simple Human that is useful and looks good on my counter. Once again, I’m happy with my SH purchase.

I have finally upgraded by throwing away the dish cloths and using this pump. I have had my eye on it for a while and finally made the change and glad I did. So much easier. Love it.

I have purchased several of the sensor pumps (both 9oz and 14oz) for my self and as gifts. After about 3 months of use the pumps started to indiscriminately dispensed soap when there was no motion anywhere near the dispenser to trigger it. The newest (14oz) one that I just purchased for a relative, drips soap after it delivers a "normal" triggered amount of soap and then continues to drip for several seconds afterwards - wasting a lot of soap and making a mess in the sink. I have invested a small fortune on these dispensers and I will not be purchasing any more.
