This is my 2nd soap dispenser and I like the functionality. However, I feel the quality of the materials used by Simplehuman aren't what they used to be. The materials used seem to be a lesser quality than in the past. Product works great but appearance appears to be a downgrade.

This soap dispenser is excellent quality. It's also very attractive on my counter. Beyond that, it is perfectly made. Simple Human thinks of everything. The ease of refilling, the spinge holder, the small indentation in the sponge, the magnetic base for recharging, the sleek design, are just some of the great things about this product. I love it.
