I love my rechargeable liquid soap dispenser. I feel that it is so much more sanitary in the kitchen after handling food and in the bathroom. No need to hand pump a bottle of soap or pick up a bar of soap. I have already purchased three more as gifts for family members. They all love them. I also love that I don’t have to keep batteries on hand. Recharging is a breeze.

only one quibble

I'm using my "pump" at my kitchen sink. I will fill it with dish soap after my hand soap is cleared. It will not recognize a pot, as a trigger to dispense soap, but it does if I put a sponge in the bottom before I run it under the sensor.

Clogs too easily and goes off randomly

Just what the title says, it doesn't handle soap that's not SimpleHuman's very well, and loves to randomly go off, especially when you are just trying to move it. Plus this is the 2nd, after the 1st one broke, we are about ready to stop using it, disappointed.

When I received the rechargeable pump I had a problem Trying to figure out how to charge the unit . It would have been helpful To give a 1 or 2 line description or a picture Of the recharging setup.After trying a few times I assumed the unit was defective.
The next day I tried a different approach And it worked.The charging system It's quite easy but not obvious.Now that I have a working unit I have to give it 5 stars and say that I'm completely satisfied. You're companies Products have never disappointed me.They are attractive reliable and easy to use.
